I am happy with my first draft of my front cover. However may need to change the colours of my font due to the colourings of the picture. It may be hard to read if the font and background colour are similiar. I feel the colour scheme suits the indie genre and gives off an retro vibe. I turned around the R on reverse to emphasise the duo's name. I added other artists and bands names to make the magazine look like it's featuring them, which could attract a bigger audience.
I do like my contents page but the text may overcrowd the image and may be unlear.
I like the double page but i may have to change the fomt to make it clearer and level out the images.
I think the image is great although it is a little pixelated. The colour scheme is subtle and classy. The main thing to work on is integrating more text and coverlines- move the barcode? Consider the size of fonts relative to their functions.
